Guided Tasks & Shadowing
Assign small tasks (e.g., drafting social posts, keyword research).
Let them shadow team members during strategy or campaign reviews.

Live Projects & Ownership
Gradually assign interns to manage parts of live campaigns (e.g., email blasts, social media scheduling).
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to build confidence and skills.
